2009 Caulfield Cup Field & Fixed Price Betting Odds
This entry was posted in Horse Racing. Check here for the latest posts in this category.
The ‘09 Caulfield Cup to be held on 17th October is less than a week away now, so it’s a perfect time to get the fixed odds up on the site. Speed Gifted looks to be punters choice at the moment, just ahead of Predatory Pricer and early fav. Vigor and Cima De Triomphe both at $9. By the looks of it, it’s going to be a pretty wet track come the weekend, so make sure you take that into account before getting on.
It would be a good idea to keep an eye on some of the others if you’re scouting a Melbourne Cup winner to see how they finish off the Caulfield Cup.
These odds are from SportsBet who are offering some very healthy fixed odds. They are current as at 9:00am on Monday the 12th and are subject to fluctuation.

There was never any doubt on this one. Bart is just too good.

Tasty fixed odds of $17 if you managed to pick the top weight too. A lot of people were fond of Allez Wonder which probably took their focus away from Bart Cummings’ other runner.
After this win, Viewed has shortened to favourite for the Melbourne Cup. Can he win twice in a row?

Yeah definitely, Allez Wonder did take the spotlight from Bart in this, but it just showed how good Bart actually is.
I think he is a very good chance to take out the cup.
