LuxBet is part of the large TABcorp group, which owns such properties as Star City Casino, TAB, Keno and TAB Sportsbet, amonth others. With this kind of reputation, it’s no wonder their new online betting site has been an instant hit with Australian punters.
I first noticed LuxBet trying to establish itself as an online bookie in early 2010. Back then, I thought that their site was quite poor because it offered only the most basic of interfaces and few, if any innovative features or new betting options. LuxBet have made steady progress over the last year or so, and finished off the AFL season last year with some nice promotions ($2 lines is one that comes to mind) and bonus bet matching bet offers for the finals.
